We can not accept any changes in the order such as (order cancellation, returns) once an order has been placed with WorldShopping. 

Orders from within Japan

In the event of a shipping defect (wrong item, wrong quantity, etc.) or quality defect, we will resend or collect the item at the same time. Please tell the following to the following window.
