Due to the characteristics of the product, it is not possible in principle to return or exchange the product after it has been shipped. However, we will exchange the product if there is an error in the delivery of the product, an error in the quantity delivered, or a quality defect.
Deadline for returns/exchanges
I need your help within seven days after goods arrival.
Please note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products that have passed 8 days or more from the date of delivery
- Product after opening (we will replace the shipping error)
- Items that have been defaced or damaged by the customer
- Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
